In 1992, Loubet opened Le Moulin de Lourmarin, in Lourmarin. With Adrien Lombard, a former gardener, they cultivated a 5 hectare vegetable garden, which supplies the raw materials for the restaurant: fruits, heirloom vegetables and herbs.
